On February 20th TCIS celebrated Korea Day. Ms. Joy and the Korean Department presented Korea Day to introduce students to the language and culture of South Korea. TCIS alumni Tee Tee, who is studying at Seoul National University, spoke to the student body about Korea and his experience in that country. Ms. Joy and her students did a brilliant job organizing a wide variety of activities for the school and everyone had a great time listening to beautiful music, watching a Taekwondo Demonstration, seeing amazing dance routines, eating authentic Korean food and being treated to a special performance by a famous K-Pop boy band, K-Boy. It was a fabulous day! Thank you Ms. Joy and all our Korean Language Students for working so hard to share this day with the entire TCIS community!
