Medical Examination

Pre-employment medical examination is required. The expense for the annual medical exam cannot be reimbursed. The school will send the air ticket to teachers AFTER receiving the medical examination.
You need to fill out the enclose Medical Exam Form. Getting whatever the doctor's standard form is also fine, as long as it meets the requirements below. The chest x-ray is to check for tuberculosis. In many places there are other types of tests -- any test will do as long as it shows that you do not have TB.
