Mail

Most overseas teachers receive their postal mail at the school. An office staff regularly makes trips to the Postal Office to collect mail, and teachers often send their mail through her. You may also send mail and packages yourself, through the EMS Postal Office in Central Bangna.

Thailand's postal services are generally reliable and efficient, with Express Mail Service (EMS) and international registered mail available at all post offices. Stamps can be bought at post offices, hotels and many convenience stores and hotels will generally post your letters if a postbox is not handy. For parcels or high value items, it's better to use registered Express Mail Service (EMS). The cost depends on the destination, size and weight of the package and whether it is sent by air or surface mail.

Courier Services

International courier companies operate from Thailand and are a good but expensive way to send packages back home. The school normally use DHL to send important documents. Some teachers occasionally receive parcels from home or Amazon through FedEx and UPS.
